Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, with several reviews highlighting exceptional service and positive experiences at the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with guests enjoying the variety and quality of options. However, many guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the hotel, citing dirty floors, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues in both rooms and common areas. The pool was a major disappointment for numerous guests, as it was often closed or in poor condition, contrary to online advertisements. The location was generally considered convenient, especially for airport access, but some found the surrounding area lacking in amenities. Overall, while service and breakfast stood out positively, cleanliness and pool facilities were significant concerns.

The room was so bad (phone didn't work, tub drain clogged, no hot water as well as smelling bad), we checked immediately and went to another motel. The condition of this motel is deplorable. Your site rated it an 8.7 and at best it was a 3.0 only because you could sleep there alt...
