Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel’s scenic location, beautiful views, and peaceful natural surroundings, particularly the coffee plantation setting. However, many reviews raised concerns about poor privacy due to glass walls and inadequate curtains, lack of cleanliness, and insufficient security. Several guests found the service disappointing, citing rude or unhelpful staff, delayed breakfast, and lack of basic amenities. While some appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, others felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price charged. Overall, the natural environment and views were the main highlights, but significant improvements are needed in privacy, service, and cleanliness.
