Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to ski slopes and central areas. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to many stays. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests noting issues in both rooms and common areas. Opinions on room size are mixed, with some finding them adequate and others considering them small or basic. The restaurant and food quality receive mostly negative feedback, with guests often dissatisfied with meals and breakfast options. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and service, but would benefit from improvements in cleanliness and dining.
