Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to key attractions, highways, and restaurants. The staff received positive remarks for their helpfulness and friendliness, with several guests highlighting specific employees. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with reports of bedbugs, cockroaches, unpleasant odors, and dated furnishings. Noise issues, especially from other guests and air conditioning units, affected the quality of sleep for some visitors. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the selection and others finding it lacking. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, cleanliness and noise level were notable drawbacks.
