Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay, citing severe cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, bugs, mold, and unclean facilities. Service was also a major concern, with reports of rude or absent staff, poor communication, and unresolved issues. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's location near the lake and beach, and a few mentioned nice views or proximity to attractions. Overall, negative experiences far outweighed the positives.

Kevin, Aug 2021
Did the job, provided a place for my family to rest their heads on the way back down from the UP. But that’s about it. It may have been a nice hotel at some point, but now it just looks like it’s suffered the effects of age. Cobwebs everywhere along the outside, making it appear dirty. The beach area was not kept clean. Glad I wasn’t spending more than one night.

Pros (+) Location was near where we needed to be
