Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Machu Picchu transportation and scenic river views. Many found the rooms spacious and comfortable, with several highlighting features like large bathrooms and jacuzzi tubs. The service was generally described as friendly and helpful. However, breakfast often fell short of expectations, with repeated mentions of limited variety and quality. Noise from nearby trains, construction, and festivities was a common complaint, and a few guests noted issues with hot water or cleanliness. Overall, the positives centered on location, room size, and staff.
