Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff, who were described as helpful and welcoming. However, many reviews highlighted significant downsides, including very small rooms, noise issues due to thin walls, and concerns about cleanliness such as unpleasant odors and the presence of spiders. Some guests also mentioned discomfort with the beds and lack of amenities, but the unique boat setting and atmosphere were appreciated by several visitors.
