Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and travel. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, though not as frequently mentioned. However, many guests were negatively impacted by ongoing renovations, especially the lack of air conditioning and frequent elevator outages, which caused inconvenience, particularly for those on higher floors. Despite these issues, the positive aspects of location and service stood out.
