Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Many also enjoyed the quirky, vintage, and playful decor, which created a unique and memorable atmosphere. The staff and service were frequently described as friendly and helpful. However, several guests noted issues with amenities, particularly the lack of air conditioning and weak fans during hot weather, as well as some discomfort with beds and pillows.
