Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location near public transport and shopping centers. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated small touches like slippers and toiletries. However, several reviews mention significant noise issues due to poor soundproofing and proximity to a busy road. The lack of certain amenities, such as air conditioning, refrigerators, and sometimes basic items like hangers or kettles, was a common complaint. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression is positive, especially regarding cleanliness and service.
