Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and satisfying breakfast options, often noting good value for money. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, old towels, and poor bathroom conditions. Noise from both inside and outside the hotel is also mentioned as a problem by some guests. Despite these drawbacks, many guests find the hotel comfortable for short stays and appreciate the convenient amenities.
