Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near restaurants and stores, as well as some friendly staff members. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Pros (+) I was able to get a room before my check in even though the wait just to sign in took way too long.
Cons (-) Breakfast was not served. Even a grab and go would have been great as leaving alone with 3 kids was difficult enough. Pros (+) The room was clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful. It wasn't a lot of noise from other guest.
Cons (-) The shower leaked all over the restroom floor. I didn't mind since I was only there one night.
