Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location near the beach and city attractions, as well as the high quality and variety of the breakfast buffet. Many also appreciate the spa and wellness facilities. However, there are frequent comments about rooms and amenities showing signs of age, inconsistent service quality, and some cleanliness issues. While the atmosphere and staff are often described positively, several guests note that the hotel does not always meet its five-star expectations, especially regarding room maintenance and service responsiveness.
