Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for travel and access to key places. Some guests found the staff helpful and polite, and a few reviews mentioned good value for money. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness, bathroom conditions, room size, and inconsistent service quality. Noise disturbances and maintenance issues, such as non-functioning lifts and inadequate amenities, were also noted. Overall, while the location and some staff members were appreciated, several aspects of the hotel did not meet expectations for many guests.
