Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's pools, describing them as large, beautiful, and well-maintained, and many enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and spacious rooms. The grounds and structure were often described as stunning and peaceful, with some guests feeling transported to another world. However, reviews were mixed regarding cleanliness, breakfast, and service, with several guests noting issues such as outdated furniture, occasional lapses in housekeeping, and inconsistent restaurant quality. While some found the staff friendly and welcoming, others experienced unprofessional or inattentive service. Breakfast and restaurant offerings did not always meet expectations for a five-star property. Overall, the pools and serene setting were highlights, but improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and food quality to fully meet luxury standards.
