Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near key attractions and transport, making it easy to access the sanctuary and city highlights. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, reporting issues such as dirty rooms, bedbugs, and unpleasant odors. Bed comfort is also a frequent complaint, with several guests finding the mattresses uncomfortable or in poor condition. Service receives mixed feedback; while some guests mention friendly and helpful staff, others describe unresponsive or unfriendly management and problems with housekeeping. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, comfort, and service quality.
