Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it close to restaurants and attractions. Some guests also complimented the friendliness of certain staff members and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, there were repeated complaints about management and service issues, including overbooking, unfriendly or unhelpful staff, and miscommunication. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some rooms not meeting expectations. The breakfast was considered overpriced or lacking, and the indoor pool was often described as too cold for use. Overall, while the location and some staff were highlights, significant service and amenity issues affected many guests' experiences.

Pros (+) The staff was polite and breakfast was good. The common areas in the lobby were also very nice.
Cons (-) My room was extremely noisy. Lots of noise from the highway, noise from the elevator. It took 20 minutes to get hot water in the shower . The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows needed to be replaced .

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and knowledgeably. The bed's mattress was very nice. I think it was memory foam. Everything was clean and our room was spacious. We didn't use the pool, but saw some families using it and enjoying themselves. We go to Louisville to visit our daughters about 4x a year. This will be our go to hotel.
