Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and museums. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool and amenities like the coffee/tea bar were highlights. However, several guests were disappointed by cleanliness issues, unexpected fees, and felt the hotel did not provide good value for the price. While some rooms were spacious and comfortable, others experienced maintenance problems and discomfort with bedding. Overall, the positive aspects were the location, service, and rooftop facilities, though improvements in cleanliness and value are needed.
