Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the cruise terminal and local attractions. Many also found the beds comfortable and the rooms spacious. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting issues such as dirty carpets, unclean breakfast areas, and general room maintenance problems. Service was another area of concern, with reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff and slow responses to guest issues. Parking was considered expensive by multiple reviewers, and some experienced difficulties with the air conditioning and noise levels. Overall, while the location and some room features were appreciated, improvements in cleanliness, service, and value for parking are needed.
