Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's excellent central location, with easy access to public transport and major attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive. However, many reviewers note that the rooms are very small, often cramped, and the building lacks modern amenities such as elevators and air conditioning. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but not outstanding, with some complaints about dated interiors and occasional maintenance issues. Accessibility is a concern for guests with mobility issues due to steep stairs and the absence of an elevator.
