Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Marylebone Station and easy access to public transport, making it ideal for sightseeing and events. Many reviewers also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, with some describing service as exceptional. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning issues with room hygiene and maintenance. Noise from the nearby train station and surrounding area is noted as a problem for light sleepers. Value for price is seen as fair by some, but others feel the experience does not always match the cost, especially given the basic amenities and occasional service lapses.
