Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for transport and sightseeing. The staff received positive mentions for being friendly and helpful, and some guests appreciated the air conditioning and amenities provided. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several reviews noting dirty rooms and inadequate housekeeping. Many guests also found the rooms small and were disappointed by the lack of elevators, especially when carrying luggage. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was considered good value by some, particularly for short stays.

Pros (+) I prioritize 3 reasons for recommendations : 1) its highly accessible location (just few minutes to Paddington station and Royal Parks), 2) its unexpected spacious room with minimalism interior with enough facilities, 3) its eco-friendly housekeeping policy.
Cons (-) a bit noisy at night, partly because of thin partition between stairs.
