Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. However, many reviews reported serious cleanliness issues, including insects and poor hygiene, as well as high noise levels from the street and within the hotel. Service was mixed, with some staff described as helpful and others as unresponsive. Overall, the positives were mainly the location and access to amenities, but significant concerns about cleanliness and noise detracted from the experience.
