Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for sightseeing and accessing public transport. The staff were frequently described as friendly and helpful, and many reviewers noted the cleanliness of both rooms and common areas. While the breakfast and amenities received some positive mentions, several guests found the rooms to be small or lacking windows, and some disliked extra charges for services like luggage storage. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for short stays or city breaks.

Very good
David, Jul 2022
I enjoyed my stay, the staff interactions and responsiveness were excellent, the breakfast was varied and substantial, and the location was within walking distance to the major sites or trains. I did find the rooms were a bit cozy.

Wonderful
sherry, Jan 2019
Pros (+) Bed was fantastic! So comfortable! Nice big towels and overall design of the room was great.
Cons (-) Wanted a kettle to make tea, but had to go downstairs to get hot water each time. Ideally it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator to keep milk or something since many of the restaurants and cafes weren’t open for dinner or very late. It could have been a bit bigger, but it was fine for one person.

Pros (+) Efficient with good rates and close proximity to train and bus lines. Nice amino ties for discount hotel.
Cons (-) Small rooms best for quick overnight stays.
