Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, exceptional service, and unique, stylish atmosphere. Many highlighted the friendly and attentive staff, beautiful design, and comfortable rooms. However, several guests were disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price, and some experienced slow or unsatisfactory room service. A few also mentioned issues with room amenities such as lack of coffee machines or curtains. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making it a highly recommended hotel.
