Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's location, highlighting its proximity to public transport, tourist attractions, and vibrant neighborhoods. Cleanliness and room size, however, received criticism, with several guests mentioning dirty linens, insufficient cleaning, and small, cramped rooms. Service was generally neutral to positive, with some guests appreciating friendly or helpful staff, while others found it strictly transactional or lacking in presence. Amenities, especially air conditioning and fans, were a common point of dissatisfaction, particularly during hot weather. Overall, the hotel is seen as a great base for exploring the city, but improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and room comfort are needed.
