Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, noting its proximity to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Many also find the value for price to be reasonable, especially for short stays. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, lack of staff or reception, and unresponsive communication. Cleanliness is a recurring issue, with reports of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and even bed bugs. Bed comfort is often criticized, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable or sagging mattresses. Overall, while the location and price are positives, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and comfort.
