Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to transport, making it convenient for budget travelers and those needing access to Paddington station or central London. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, uncomfortable beds, and very small rooms. Service is mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others report unhelpful or rude behavior. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and price, but comfort and cleanliness are major concerns.
