Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location, making it ideal for theatre visits and exploring London. Many found the rooms spacious and the beds comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast experience received frequent criticism for poor quality, lack of replenishment, and inattentive staff.
