Pros (+) Small, older boutique style in great proximity to Hyde park/Kensington Gardens. Quiet, , safe neighborhood.Near a bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but adequate, clean, nothing fancy, carpet worn out. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Cons (-) A bit hard to find (need navigation). The "fitness room " in the basement was old and dingy. I would not use it.
