Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's pool, describing it as a highlight for families and children, with many noting its fun features and appeal to younger guests. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness in some rooms and public areas, as well as issues with bed comfort and air conditioning. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others reported unhelpful or unclear policies. Breakfast was a common point of dissatisfaction due to extra charges or lack of inclusion. Overall, the pool and amenities stood out as the main positives, especially for families.

My favourite place to stay with my grandkids. Hotel personnel are so helpful and courteous and kind. I have stayed here multiple times and have no complaints. Best place ever!,

Room should be clean without me having to book a time. I went three days without a cleaning on my five day trip, and was not pleased after the amount of money you have to pay per night.
