Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to major attractions and public transport. The staff receives high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, and many reviews mention the cleanliness of the rooms. However, several guests found the rooms to be quite small, and a few noted noise issues, particularly in lower-ground rooms or due to thin walls. Despite some dated decor and minor maintenance issues, the overall value and service are seen as strong positives.

Pros (+) Great location! Close to Victoria Coach and Underground stations. About a 30 minute walk to Big Ben. Nice staff and good breakfast.
Cons (-) No lift, which we knew about when we booked but it was still a lot of stairs to go up when you're tired at the end of the day. The floors were a bit creaky and the rooms are small.
