Many guests reported unclean rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as poor maintenance and lack of basic facilities like working fans, TVs, and toiletries. The service was frequently described as inattentive or unhelpful, with some guests noting staff were unavailable or unresponsive. Amenities such as the swimming pool, kitchen, and parking were often missing or not as advertised. A few reviews mentioned the location as creepy or not as shown in photos.
