Guests say
Most guests had a negative experience, citing poor service, cleanliness issues, and unreliable amenities such as water, Wi-Fi, and room maintenance. Several reviews mention unhelpful staff, dirty rooms and bedsheets, and lack of basic facilities like water and towels. Some positive comments highlight helpful staff and good room size in a few cases, but these are outweighed by the negatives. The hotel's location and accessibility were also problematic for multiple guests.
