Guests frequently praised the hotel's central location and the quality and variety of the breakfast or brunch, which many found to be a highlight of their stay. However, opinions on service were mixed, with some staff members described as friendly and helpful, while others were perceived as less accommodating. Cleanliness was a concern for several guests, with reports of unclean rooms and bathrooms, as well as issues with towels and room maintenance. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and breakfast offerings stood out as the most appreciated aspects.
