Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Cleanliness and comfort were also highlighted positively by several guests. However, many reviews expressed frustration with the lack of parking, difficult access, and misleading information about parking availability. Some guests also noted issues with the bathroom facilities and occasional service limitations. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out as positives, parking and access were significant drawbacks.
