Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast and some staff members for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness throughout the property, including dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. The elevators were frequently reported as slow, broken, or poorly maintained, causing inconvenience. The pool was also criticized for being overcrowded, salty, or out of service. While some guests noted positive experiences with service, others encountered inconsistent or unhelpful staff. Overall, positives centered on breakfast and select staff, but recurring maintenance and cleanliness problems were a major concern.
