Cons (-) We could not check in - no one was there! The pub on the corner couldn't help. We were left in the lurch and had to scramble to find alternate accommodation. It caused significant difficulty in the pouring rain. We are not happy about this and I expect my money to be returned. We ended up spending £120. to rectify the situation. Guy.
