Friendly service up front. Tocarra in the evening and a gentleman whom I do not know his name in the morning when I checked out. Both great. Nothing comes to mind on improvement/what could be better.

Cons (-) Kids had to sleep on a crappy pull out sofa because your website said the hotel had a double king room. Alas, they did not have a double king room. So I paid extra for something I didn't get. Will never use your site again
