The car wasn’t full of gas. Only had 1/4 of a tank. The last thing I wanted to do was go to the gas station. Doesn’t make sense to me. Isn’t that a rule??? And they didn’t have a reservation because they said kayak canceled it!!!
Vincent and Lauren both helped us a ton when a pickup error caused our reservation to go sideways. There needed to be a better explanation online that there are multiple pickup locations right by the airport that have different hours of operation.

It was the fastest I was in and out of a rental office. The individual working at the drop off in Palm Springs was really nice. I can't tell you how disappointed I was that the type of car I reserved was not there since I made the reservation ahead of time.
ACTUAL charges were DOUBLE what was quoted online for booking the reservation. The “pick-up” at the airport required 1.5 hours of time, i.e. 6 phone calls to the rental car office, taking a bus to the Rental Car Center, then another car shuttle to the rental car office. Will be the LAST time I use their service

What I like is that the whole process of pick up and drop-off was easy enough. What I don’t like is that the staff was so pushy in trying to convince me to upgrade the car I rented. He wasn’t happy when I said no.

The pickup process was SO LONG! We were probably in line for two hours to pick up our car. We also needed to provide insurance information that required me to log in and find dates, amounts, etc. If I'd known this in advance, it could've sped things up.

I told them that ld only rented a car once in my life, I'm 74, my family and friends don't rent cars. My car broke down and I needed transportation. I'd rented a car from a online service, maybe yours, from Fox rental car company for two days and they changed me $29.99 per day for insurance when I had my own and so did Economy which add up to over $500.00 that I didn't know that I didn't have to pay and none of the people helped. After I went back to the rental car companies and they said that after I returned the car there was nothing they could do. What the entire car booking and car rental companies can and should do is created information banners on all of the websites with simple information on how to navigate a car rental. But I understand why there isn't that banner. Dishonest, disceetful, amoral people wouldn't want one.

The car was pretty stained up between all the seats. I was required to pay additional collusion coverage even after I explained that I had purchased the one kayak offered. Still, I was made to purchase the basic coverage. That should be explicitly stated. Other car rentals I've used have not added any additional coverage as required.
When we reached car rental place. Manager came out letting people to wait 1 to 2 hours. Then they are telling people they don’t have any cars.

Great service, the car was perfect. The pri e was amazing, with both of my cara in the shop, having this price was perfect. I literally needed a car to go back and forth to work

I had a terrible experience. I arrived at 8 AM, their posted opening time, to return my rental, but no employees were there and the gates stayed locked until around 8:30 AM. The shuttles didn’t start until after 9 AM, leaving several customers stranded and causing us to be over an hour late to the airport. I had to pay for an Uber to avoid missing my flight. Their two shuttle system is also extremely time consuming and can take over two hours. I was charged $30/day for a protection plan despite being told I couldn’t decline it, and the charge was applied again after I returned the vehicle. Getting help was nearly impossible because their phone lines all automated and don’t connect to representatives and their listed emails were invalid as well. Felt very shady and extremely unprofessional truly terrible experience.

I pre-paid but when I got the car they forced an upgrade claiming there weren’t any other options. So I had to pay more upon pickup even the I reduced the amount of time I needed the car from 2 days to only 1 day. Ultimately it became I really over priced rental. The customer service wasn’t great either. Took a long time to pick up and drop off. This rental car isn’t at the rental car center either so expect a lot of waiting around for transportation. I wouldn’t rent from here again.

I felt like I got nickeled and dimed. So many extra charges. Even though the listing said unlimited miles, I could only drive 50 per day for free, after that there was a charge. Or I could have upgraded to unlimited miles. Proof of insurance required. They also require knowing your deductible.
