Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for exploring the city and close to public transport. Some guests also mention good value for the price. However, cleanliness is a major concern, especially regarding bathrooms, which are frequently described as unsanitary or poorly maintained. Service receives mixed feedback, with several guests reporting unhelpful or absent staff and communication issues. Overall, while the location and price are strong points, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, bathroom facilities, and service quality.
