Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location, often mentioning its proximity to the lake, city center, and transport links as a major highlight. The breakfast received positive feedback for its quality and variety, and many guests found the rooms to be clean and spacious. However, opinions on service were mixed, with some guests encountering unhelpful or inattentive staff, while others described the staff as friendly and professional. Bed comfort and room updates were noted as areas for improvement, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
