Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, beautiful views, and proximity to attractions. Many found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially at reception and in the restaurant. Some guests appreciated the spacious rooms and good value for price. However, several reviews noted that the hotel and rooms are dated, with maintenance issues such as old furniture, worn-out beds, and malfunctioning air conditioning. Cleanliness was mixed, with some rooms not thoroughly cleaned. The all-inclusive food and drink options received both praise and criticism, with some guests finding the selection limited or repetitive. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and amenities, such as the pool and private beach, contributed positively to many guests' experiences.
