Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, central location, and satisfying breakfast options. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including reports of insects and poor maintenance, as well as outdated furnishings and facilities. Some guests found the rooms spacious and comfortable, but recurring complaints about hygiene, noise, and the need for renovation detracted from the overall experience. The hotel is considered a budget-friendly option, suitable for short stays, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
