Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which was often mentioned as a highlight. Several reviewers also praised the friendly and accommodating staff. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of rooms and public areas, citing issues like mold, dust, and general lack of upkeep. The pool was frequently noted as closed or in poor condition, disappointing those who had chosen the hotel for this amenity. Breakfast quality and availability also received criticism, with some guests finding it lacking or poorly managed. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were positives, maintenance and amenities need improvement.
