Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient location and comfortable beds. Breakfast was generally seen as good, with several guests mentioning tasty or adequate options. However, a major recurring complaint was the pool being closed, unheated, or otherwise unavailable, which disappointed many who specifically booked for this amenity. Cleanliness and maintenance issues, such as worn carpets, outdated rooms, and occasional bathroom problems, were also noted, but positive comments about staff service and some room features helped balance the overall impression.

Pros (+) The guy who was at the front desk was super friendly. Only stayed for one night but I would go back there when I need a place to stay.
Cons (-) The pool is very cold and when I read reviews before that mentioned a cold pool I didn’t think much of it. However, it really is extremely cold.
