Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and attentive service, and satisfying breakfast offerings. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. However, there were repeated complaints about the spa and pool amenities being unavailable or under renovation, which disappointed several guests who had booked specifically for these features. Some also noted that parts of the hotel, especially the bathrooms, could use renovation. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially in terms of location and service.
