Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, mentioning its proximity to food options, workplaces, and major roads. However, there are widespread and strong complaints about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, roaches, bed bugs, unpleasant odors, and general lack of hygiene in both rooms and public areas. Opinions about breakfast, bed comfort, and service are mixed, with some guests finding them adequate or good, while others experienced issues such as poor breakfast quality, uncomfortable beds, or unhelpful staff. Overall, while the location is a highlight, cleanliness is a major concern that detracts from the guest experience.

I thought it was the vehement gentleman who checked in before me but when i told him about it, he sa...

Pros (+) We were in town for a basketball tournament and this was the perfect location because we were close to all the venues. There are also many options for food close by.
Cons (-) Check in was a nightmare. The guy behind the counter said that the booking site was the problem. We had paid in full through the booking site but something about the booking site using their card to hold the room...? It took over an hour to get it taken care of and we had just driven 8 hours. We also had to ba some where and we really wanted to shower prior. Due to the delay, that didn’t happen. W...
