Everything served at our table is carefully selected: local, biodynamic and pure. Free from additives. A conscious choice, made with respect for people, animals and nature. We proudly collaborate with Demeter, the quality label for biodynamic agriculture, as well as Hofweb and Broodheeren—an icon in the world of sourdough bread, celebrated for exceptional craftsmanship and highly regarded within the Dutch and Belgian gastronomic scene. We work exclusively with the very best our country has to offer. The assortment found in conventional supermarkets or local bakeries does not align with our vision. Our commitment is to serve only the highest quality products to our guests. Biodynamic: a step beyond organic—one you can truly taste. De Roos offers a lounge garden to relax and recharge.
