Pros (+) Location is great, staff at front ANGELA was the best. She was kind, eager to find solutions, she cared and she tried. The location was perfect - just outside of the main gate to Fort Polk.
Cons (-) Rooms were clean, but room service had not been in our room for 4 days in a row, showers were a bit moldy, water pressure was so bad, water temp for showers was warm at best, everything had a kind of taint - mirror in bathroom was smeared, trash cans smelled... not a good experience.
